Dysport® injections use the same refined botulinum toxin that Botox® has made famous in recent years. Dysport® was FDA approved in 2009 and has been used outside the U.S since 1991. Cosmetic Injectable – Perlane®: Perlane® is an injectable cosmetic dermal filler used by the board certified dermatologist in the Restylane® family that restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Perlane® has larger gel particles and can reach the deep layers of the skin offering enhanced lifting power and with its unique ability to bind with water, Perlane® treatments are an excellent option if you are looking for skin rejuvenation.

This product used to go by the name of “Radiance”.
Cosmetic Injectable – Revanesse® Versa: This hyaluronic acid dermal filler is a soft tissue filler used by the plastic surgeon to correct the appearance of facial wrinkles and creases (nasolabial folds). Cosmetic Injectable – XEOMIN®: XEOMIN® is also a newer cosmetic wrinkle treatment used by the Nashville Cosmetic Surgeon. Xeomin® is manufactured by Merz, the company that makes Radiesse®. XEOMIN® joins BOTOX® and Dysport® as the currently available “botulinum” wrinkle treatments. It has been FDA approved for the treatment of cervical dystonia (stiff neck) and blepharospasm (twitching eye muscles). It is used for the cosmetic correction of facial rhytids (wrinkles), similar to Botox® and Dysport® when they first became FDA-approved.
